If You have problem ( probably You have ) with adding adroid SDK ( https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/) or to update eclipse:

Cannot assign requested address: connect
You have to edit eclipse.ini and add following line :
-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true
After this update should working.
